Did you know that having positive body image can lead to healthy self-esteem, lower rates of depression and the development of healthy habits? By working together on cultivating positive body image, we can heal ourselves and help prevent our younger girls from getting the “I hate my body” bug. So join us for our True Beauty Festival! There will be a wide variety of female speakers, performers and activities all dedicated to loving our bodies and taking good care of ourselves. We’ll dance, sing, hoop and do yoga! There will be a film and a fashion show! There will be delicious and nutritious snacks! And lots of good info for you to share with friends. Come celebrate National Love Your Body Day with us! |
