Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is seeking a dynamic professional to manage the product sales programs for the council.  The manager is responsible for the annual planning and implementation of the council’s product sales programs to successfully contribute to the council’s goals, initiatives, and revenue, and to provide a positive program experience for girls, volunteers, and community supporters.  She/he ensures the plan is consistent with Girl Scouts of the USA guidelines.  She/he manages and directs all phases of the product sale implementation including developing an integrated execution plan, budgeting and goals, mapping out and coordinating logistical support, staff and volunteer management, ensuring adherence to safety and risk management guidelines, vendor relationships, maintaining materials and inventory, development of program and training materials, delivery of presentations and trainings, and recognitions.

Qualified candidates considered for this full time position will be highly computer and software proficient.  Qualified candidate is organized, self-directed, and a team player that will contribute to a positive organizational leadership culture.  Demonstrated competencies will include sales, marketing and communication, volunteer management, exceptional customer service, collaborative project management, oral and written communications, and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of five years of directly relevant experience is required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.  Council office hours are Tuesday-Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm, and the incumbent will be able to work a flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends.  The ability to travel and transport work-related items within the council jurisdiction is required.  The council offers a competitive compensation and generous benefit package.  Explore the council website to become knowledgeable about our inspiring mission and activities – www.gsgcf.org.
