Submit this form to council four (4) weeks prior to starting your project. Please allow sufficient time to complete this form. If form is closed prior to submission all information will be lost.


Girls MUST attend a Gold Award workshop to earn their Gold Award. Please visit the activity finder on our website for specific times and dates.

Girls must also submit a short personal biography and project summary along with a photo head shot for the recognition ceremony, website, and other council publications. Photo must be a high resolution JPEG (300 dpi or higher), no photos from cell phones please.
