The Gulfcoast Event and Conference Center is an excellent facility for hosting seminars, conferences, weddings, graduations, association and business meetings, and more. This center will accommodate up to 300 guests seated at tables and 500 seated auditorium style.

The center is located on the Searcy S. Koen Regional Girl Scout Campus in Sarasota and is easily accessible from I-75. It is situated on a 12-acre wooded parcel with 6.5 acres of natural wetlands that provide a tranquil setting for functions. Parking is available for nearly 100 vehicles.

This facility has state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment including wireless microphones, 5200 lumen ceiling-mounted projector, 9x12-foot overhead screen, DVD/VCR, and a five CD changer. All equipment is available for an additional fee.
