Daisy Dash- Outdoor Team Challenge Program Description
Date: Sunday, December 4, 2022
Location: Camp Caloosa
Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Levels: Daisy teams of 5-10 girls with 2-3 adult volunteers
Price: $50 per team (regardless of team size).
Calling all Daisies! Now is the time to practice future outdoor skills with your Girl Scout friends!
Gather a team of Daisy Girl Scouts and come to camp to playfully learn a few camp basics doing challenges all over camp. Each team will be given a schedule to complete five challenges including activities like canoe dress for the weather relay, edible fire building, nerf archery, team flag creation, and S.W.A.P and skit making. The challenge will conclude with a kit presentation by the campfire with s’mores, of course! Additional photo challenges will be added along the course.
Teams must have a minimum of five girls and maximum of 10 girls, and must be accompanied by two or three approved adult Girl Scout volunteers, depending on number of girls attending per safety ratio for travel. Price includes a patch for each girl, swap, flag, and s’mores supplies.
A minimum of seven teams of at least five girls per team is required for this program to happen. Maximum capacity is 10 teams of ten girls.
Registration deadline is November 3, 2022. Refunds and cancellations cannot be processed after November 3, 2022.
