PRODUCT PROGRAM MANAGER
Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is seeking a dynamic manager responsible for the annual planning and implementation of the council’s product programs to provide a positive program experience for girls, volunteers, and community supporters, and to successfully contribute to the council’s goals. The manager is responsible for all phases of the product program implementation including developing an integrated execution plan, budgeting and goals, mapping out and coordinating logistical support, volunteer management, ensuring adherence to safety and risk management guidelines, vendor and community relationships, maintaining materials and inventory, development of program and training materials, delivery of presentations and trainings, and recognitions.
Qualified candidate is highly computer and software proficient, organized, self-directed, and a team player that will contribute to a positive organizational leadership culture. Demonstrated competencies will include sales, marketing and communication, volunteer management, exceptional customer service, collaborative project management, oral and written communications, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of three years of directly relevant experience is required. The manager will be able to work a full-time flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends. Business office hours are Tuesday-Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm. The manager must be able to travel and transport work-related items within the council jurisdiction.
