Community Manager - Collier County

Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is hiring a full-time Community Manager for Collier County to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting for girls and adult volunteers through a variety of in person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities with schools, educators, faith-based groups, community organizations, corporations, and other community constituents.  The Manager works collaboratively to provide support to volunteer service unit teams and troops to enhance the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.  Qualified candidate is a self-directed and collaborative team player that will contribute to a positive leadership culture, along with relevant education-experience combination in sales, marketing, public speaking and presentations, exceptional customer service, and volunteer management.  Proficient computer operation skills required.  The Manager works an out-based full-time flexible schedule, to include some evenings and weekends; and travels (30-percent) during day and night hours to perform position-related responsibilities in a wide variety of venues and environments.  Daily access to transportation and ability to transport supplies to position related activities is required.  Great benefits (est. starting salary $42,000) and mission:  VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION HERE.  Use your experience and result oriented leadership ability to give girls a strong future – apply now!  For immediate consideration, email your resume and cover letter to hr@gsgcf.org.  EOE/Drug Free Workplace.

Fund Development Manager

Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is hiring a full-time Fund Development Manager to help achieve its mission and maximize its impact on the communities we serve. The Manager is responsible for connecting and aligning support in our ten-county area through the successful development and execution of fund development and community outreach initiatives, planning and implementing strategies to secure donors and contributions, cultivation of key community relationships, and database management resulting in the positive promotion of the image of Girl Scouting to internal and external audiences. Qualified candidate is a self-directed and collaborative team player with knowledge of fundraising principles and proven results (in a nonprofit setting preferred) and will contribute to a positive leadership culture. Proficient computer operation skills are required to include donor data management software. Daily access to transportation and ability to transport supplies to position related activities is required. Hybrid remote, office, and community events. The Manager works a full-time flexible schedule, to include some evenings and weekends, and travels during day and night hours in a variety of venues.  Great benefits (salary range $48-53,000 annualized) and mission.
