GSGCF 2025 - 2026 Early Renewal Campaign (April 1 - May 1, 2025) 
Keep the fun going! Renew now for another year of friendships, adventures. With you by their side, your Girl Scouts are making a difference.
Top reasons to renew your and the troop’s membership during the Early Renewal Campaign:
- Online features make it so easy to renew. Go to the MYGS link on any page at gsgcf.org and log in to renew yourself and the entire troop. Remember to select the boxes next to volunteer roles to renew volunteer roles as well as the membership.
- Troop funds should cover the renewal cost. The girls have worked hard to earn funds to support their experiences, reserving their spot in the troop and teach them self-sufficiency.
Reminder: Girls that sell 425 packages of cookies will automatically be renewed.
- You and the troop will be ready for another year and can start planning during the summer months.
- You and the troop will be able to jump right into the Fall Product Program immediately, which helps the troop secure additional funds for all the adventures ahead.
- Eligibility for special incentives for renewing early.
- Renewal helps the troop, the service unit, and GSGCF reach goals.
Reminder for the troop leadership team. Submit the following by June 1, 2025:
The troop’s financial report. Access the finance tab through VTK to complete and submit your electronic report, along with the last bank statement and transaction history. Information about the troop’s upcoming plans are included.
Girls: All girls who renew by May 1, 2025 will receive:
- Custom Gulfcoast Florida early renewal patch (Highlighting a unique Florida bird yearly)
Troops: Troops that renew 75%-100% of girls and at least two-troop leadership adult members will be entered in a drawing to win one of the gifts below:
- Two $50.00 gift cards to a local restaurant
One troop will win two $50.00 gift cards to a local restaurant for the leader and co-leader to enjoy.
- Girl Scout polo shirts
One troop will win up to five Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida branded Polo Shirts for the troop’s leadership team (leader, co-leader, and up to three Troop Support Volunteers).
- Official Adult Vest
Two troops will win one set (leader and co-leader) of two sets of Official GSUSA Adult Vests.
- Free weekend at one of our two GSGCF camps
Two troops will win one of two free weekend vouchers to one of our two GSGCF camps (to be redeemed by November 30, 2025).
- Wagon cart
Two troops will win one of two wagon carts to aid the troop with carrying supplies.
- Girl Scout table cloth
Three troops will win one of three Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida branded table cloths.
- Program Credits
One troop will win $100 of Program Credits for the troop to use towards a council program (instructions will be provided on how to redeem).
Extra Troop Incentive:
- Additional funds from the Cookie Program.
Renew 80%-100% of girls and at least two-troop leadership adult members to be eligible for an additional $0.05 per package.
Guidelines to qualify: *Troops must ensure that at least 90% of the total number of girls who participated in the 2025 cookie program participate in the 2026 cookie program. (For example: if the troop had 15 girls that participated in the 2025 cookie program, the troop must have at least 13 girls participate in the 2026 cookie program.) Troop leadership teams can be provided with the number of girls needed to qualify as well as recruitment opportunities to grow the troop. *Each participating girl must sell at least 50 packages. Each Troop must have 5 or more girls on their roster (3 girls for S/A troops).

- Incentives based on the Service Unit Stretch Challenge.
