Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida would like to say THANK YOU to all of our amazing supporters who made an impact during the 24-hour Giving Challenge. Because of amazing people like you, we are able to bring the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls across 10 counties and empower girls to be the leaders of today and tomorrow!
We also would like to recognize the Community Foundation of Sarasota who hosts the bi-annual Giving Challenge as well as the The Patterson Foundation for their continuous support and generosity of matching donations up to $100 during the 24-hour giving period!

Meet Mackenzie S., a trailblazing Girl Scout who had the opportunity with Girl Scouts to travel to New York City to represent Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida at the United Nations’ 67th Commission on the Status of Women – where she stood among global changemakers, voicing the needs of girls, who are too often left unheard.
She is joined by special guest Mary Anne Servian, CEO and Chief Girl Champion for an eye‑opening conversation exploring the State of the Florida Girl report, which explores girls’ physical health, academics, emotional wellness, and social well‑being.
They also share how the #GivingChallenge2026 will help support girls so they can continue to thrive, and how you can #BeTheOne to make a difference in girls’ lives.
