Join Girl Scouts from across the area for a hands-on hour of service as we partner with The Kind Mouse to help fight childhood hunger. During this special volunteer event at Camp Honi Hanta, participants will sort, organize, and pack nutritious, kid-friendly food items that will be distributed through the Kind Mouse's Mouse Nibbles program, helping ensure children have access to meals when they need them most.
Girl Scouts of all ages are invited to participate in this meaningful service opportunity. Along the way, girls will learn about food insecurity, community impact, and how small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the lives of others. Together, we'll help build a stronger, healthier, and kinder community, one meal at a time.
What to Expect:
- Sort and organize donated food items
- Pack nutritious food bags for local children and families
- Learn about food insecurity and community service
- Work alongside fellow Girl Scouts to make a direct impact
- Earn service hours while giving back to the community
Come ready to serve, connect, and make a difference! Every packed bag helps bring hope, nourishment, and kindness to children in our community.
Girls should represent GSGCF by wearing their vests/sash during this event.
