Fall Product Program

Mags & Munchies

Everyone knows we sell cookies in the winter, but did you know we also sell goodies in the fall? Our Mags & Munchies Fall Product Program financial literacy program allows girls to be entrepreneurs by offering family and friends the opportunity to purchase delicious nuts, chocolates, and magazines. There are multiple ways to participate:

  • Online by inviting friends and family to place an order. Customers can choose to have nuts, chocolates, or magazines shipped directly to them, or they can select from a group of nut and chocolate products that girls can deliver in-person.
  • Utilizing the order card to collect orders in a socially responsible way.

Through choosing to participate in this program, girls learn and practice the Five Skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics, as they earn funds for their troop along with exciting rewards.

Proceeds stay locally to benefit our council, and troops earn 15-18% on all items sold. The Mags & Munchies Program is an excellent way to support your council while earning early funds for your troop to use during the Girl Scout year for your activities and projects.

Ready to participate this year?
Let's Get Started!
  1. Fill out the online permission form. You’ll need your troop number and troop leader’s email handy – be sure to ask them for it!
  2. Visit  http://gsnutsandmags.com/gsgcf to register!
  3. Make your Me2 Avatar and send 15 emails. You’ve earned a patch and are on your way to lots of rewards!
Why Join in the Fun?

The average troop earns nearly $250 to fund troop activities that get their year started right! Plus, the items make cool holiday and teacher gifts and 100% of the proceeds stay within our council.

To encourage a great start, the first 100 girls to:

  • Set up their website
  • Create their Me 2 Avatar
  • Send 15 emails
  • Get a sale

Will be invited to participate in a special Girl Scout drive-thru movie experience.

Safety First

Mags & Munchies is a friends and family sale. Girls should be sure to follow CDC guidelines while asking friends and family in person. Want to be contactless? You can do everything online or utilize the below door hangers for in-person.
