At the Designing Robots Badge Workship, girls will hands-on workshop, girls will work building teams to collaboratively build their own robots using LEGO bricks, sensors, and simple remotes.
Guided by a dedicated "Snapologist," girls will embark on an exciting journey where they'll create robots that move, make sounds, and respond to different challenges and sensors. This workshop encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity - all while playing with some of their favorite toys!
This session will teach Girl Scouts how robots are designed and built while they earn the Robotics Badge!
Only registered Girl Scout Adult Members with an approved background check may attend. Adults must register and pay to attend this program.
Girls should represent GSGCF by wearing their vests/sash during this event.
We must meet a minimum of 15 girls to offer this event.
Registration closes: 05/15/2025. Refunds and cancellations cannot be processed after 05/15/2025.
