Girl Scouts will enjoy guided educational instruction led by The Florida Aquarium's expert team members, including an instructor-led, behind-the-scenes experience that pulls back the curtain on areas not typically open to the public, such as the commissary and reef deck. The evening also includes an exclusive walk along the Wetlands of Florida inside the Aquarium's iconic Wetlands of Florida dome, offering a unique after-hours perspective of this immersive habitat.
Participants will enjoy a late-night cheese pizza snack before settling in for the night, sleeping near the fish and other fascinating marine life. The next morning includes a light breakfast and admission to the Aquarium for the remainder of the day, allowing girls additional time to explore exhibits at their own pace.
This overnight experience runs from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. the following day and is designed for Girl Scouts ages 8 and up, combining education, adventure, and fun in a truly memorable setting.
Girls should represent GSGCF by wearing their vests/sash during this event.
We must meet a minimum of 15 girls to offer this event.
